As we approach the conclusion of Week 4 of 2024, the top stories have mainly focused on the Samsung Galaxy S24 series. However, Google’s upcoming Pixel 9 series has also managed to attract attention.
We have seen renders of both the Pixel 9 Pro and the Pixel 9. In summary, the Pixel 9 Pro will feature a flat display and sides, a smaller 6.5″ screen, and a change in the camera island design. The Pixel 9, on the other hand, will have a flat front and back with a 6.1-inch screen and the addition of a zoom camera. It remains to be seen how this camera will compare to the one on the Pixel 9 Pro.

Motorola has announced the list of phones that will receive the Android 14 update. The list includes devices from the Razr series, the Edge series, the G series, and the ThinkPhone. Additionally, the OnePlus 12 and 12R have gone global, with the 12 shipping in North America, Europe, and India from February 6, and the 12R initially shipping in India on February 6, followed by a release in North America and Europe from February 13.
We now have the list, but the expected timing for the rollout of updates remains unknown.
